Platinum Plan Year 1 = Annual Dues + $350 Initiation Fee + $1000 Bond Payment New member receives $60 guest card + $40 concession card Gold Plan Year 1 = Annual Dues + $350 Initiation Fee + $500 Bond Payment Year 2 = Annual Dues + $500 Bond Payment Blue Plan Year 1 = Annual Dues + $100 Bond Payment Year 2 = Annual Dues + $350 Initiation Fee + $300 Bond Payment Year 3 = Annual Dues + $300 Bond Payment Year 4 = Annual Dues + $300 Bond Payment Until the bond is paid in full, all monies paid to CSC are non-refundable. |
